I'm Joy — founder of getready2gtm. Before I built outbound systems, I ran operations for organizations with thousands of employees: designing training programs, building SOPs, and standing up the structure that let teams scale without falling apart.

I spent over three years as a GTM Engineering Coach and Project Manager, building curriculum, campaigns, and outbound systems using tools like Clay, Apify, Make, Instantly, and Smartlead — and mentoring practitioners on how to actually make them work. Before that, over a decade leading HR, training, and operations across six sites and 8,000+ employees, plus additional leadership roles across quality, training, and client services.

That combination is the point: I don't just know the software. I understand the operational logic required to make a system survive contact with a real, growing business — because I've built that logic for organizations at every size, long before "GTM engineering" was a job title.

Questions worth asking before you book.

Do I need both — outbound and operations?

No. Most clients start with the one that hurts the most right now. Plenty of engagements are outbound-only or operations-only. Some grow into both once the first piece is working. We'll tell you honestly which one to start with — not upsell you into both.

What if I don't have a CRM or tech stack yet?

That's fine — a lot of engagements start exactly there. We'll recommend tools based on your budget and workflow, not a fixed list. Third-party tool subscriptions are your responsibility to purchase and maintain; we handle the setup, configuration, and integration.

How long does a build take?

It depends on scope, which is exactly what the discovery call determines. Outbound builds are typically measured in weeks. Operations builds — CRM restructuring, SOPs, knowledgebases — depend on how much needs to be mapped and documented before we can build on top of it.

Do you work with early-stage founders, or only established teams?

Both. Individual founders and solo GTM practitioners are a large part of the work — as are teams that already have headcount and need the operational backbone to stop it from buckling under growth.

What happens after handover — am I locked into you?

No. Every engagement is built so you own and can run the system without us. If you want ongoing support after that, it's available — but it's optional, not the business model.

How do I know what this will cost?
